Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers
Cancellation policyConsumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed.
Right of withdrawalYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact page) by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocationIf you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly; - for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;- for the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Cancellation and rebooking by the participant
Rebooking requests regarding the event date will be considered up to the 30th day before the start of the event, provided they are feasible, for a processing fee of € 25.00 per person. After the 29th day, rebooking requests can only be processed after withdrawal from the event contract in accordance with the following conditions.
Before the start of the event, the participant can withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal/non-attendance by the participant, AbenteuerHallenKALK may demand lump-sum cancellation costs as reasonable compensation for the event arrangements made and expenses incurred. These flat-rate cancellation costs are per registered child:
up to 30 days before the start of the event = 0
29 to 22 days before the start of the event = 20%.
21 to 15 days before the start of the event = 35 %.
14 to 8 days before the start of the event = 50%.
7 to 2 days before start of event = 60
1 day or more before the start of the event = 75
of the event price of the booked event after the start of the event and no naming of a substitute participant 100% of the event price of the booked event of the AbenteuerHallenKALK can claim higher damages than the flat-rate cancellation costs if the AbenteuerHallenKALK provides proof of this.
The participant can claim that AbenteuerHallenKALK has incurred no or less damage than the flat-rate cancellation costs. The traveler must provide proof of this.
ReturnsThe modalities mentioned in this section "Returns" are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the section "Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers".
Customers are requested to notify the Seller of the return (contact page) before returning the goods. In this way, they enable the seller to allocate the products as quickly as possible.
Customers are requested to return the goods to the seller as a prepaid package and keep the receipt of delivery. Upon request, the seller will reimburse customers in advance for postage costs, unless the buyer is responsible for them.
Customers are asked to avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in the original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the possession of the buyer, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit and to avoid any claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
